1001 Page Mill Road is a four-building project surrounded by a park-like setting in Stanford Research Park. Three of the buildings were acquired in 1999 and we developed the fourth building shortly thereafter. The 148,000 square foot project is home to Smith Barney, Citigroup, Bank America Securities, Manatt Phelps, Ernst & Young and A.G. Edwards.
