Mathilda Place

Mathilda Place is a three-building project totaling 470,000 square feet and located in Downtown Sunnyvale. We worked with the City’s Redevelopment Agency to assemble the land parcels and obtain entitlements to develop the project, which was completed in 2002. The project sits on top of a four-level secured underground garage and is strategically located within walking distance to the CalTrain station and the many downtown shops and restaurants. The project’s major tenants include Broadcom, Seagate Technology, and Impac Medical Systems.
